Karen also runs a sought after injury prevention and Pilates home clinic. The workout is entirely floor based, averaging around 45 minutes in length, using a reformer Pilates machine. Karen aims to build the workout around targeting key postural muscles, building strength from within by creative a girdle of strength around the torso. 

Throughout the class Karen helps to gently realign and reshape the body, re-balance the muscles and help in the client moving more effectively. By heightening body awareness, Pilates teaches you to be in control of your body, allowing you to handle stress more effectively and achieve relaxation more easily.
