“In September I suffered numerous injuries when my horse fell on the road, severing the ulna collateral ligament, leaving me without the use of my left thumb. In addition I had broken my right elbow and severely damaged the pelvic ligaments around my right hip.
Following the removal of my final plaster cast the following February, I was recommended to contact Karen for personal training.
My specific requirements at my assessment were that I wanted to get fit and strong again. Karen has been invaluable in my quest to ‘get myself back into working order’ and in fact I believe I am fitter now than I was before my accident.
Karen gave me a bespoke exercise plan to meet my requirements and combined with this a great deal of knowledge on nutrition.
